Braised cubes of tender lamb sautéed with onions, peppers, tomatoes, herbs and Turkish spices. Served with a side of rice pilaf.
   

Moussaka $12.95

An eggplant casserole with ground beef and lamb layered between slices of zucchini, eggplant, potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, onions, and bell peppers then oven baked with a béchamel sauce.
   

Stuffed Chicken Breast $13.50

Butter flied chicken breast stuffed with pistachios, rice, peppers and herbs served on a bed of sautéed spinach and onions and finished with a white wine cream sauce.
